Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days before shipment. During peak periods, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing may take longer.
Shipping methods
We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: free delivery in 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: delivery in up to 3 business days after dispatch, with cost shown at checkout based on destination.
Order tracking
Tracking information is sent by email once your order has shipped. If tracking is not available immediately, please allow the carrier additional time to register the parcel.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address, postal code, and phone number are correct before submitting your order. Troou is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Delivery delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience whenever transit timelines are impacted.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
